ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL SERVICES

 

In order to offer a better-focused service, in 2012 the company structure of Bulgaria Engineering S.p.A. was modified. The accounting and financial services were structured into a new company B.E. Finance EOOD, established with the primary purpose to provide quality and professional accounting and financial services.

Scope of the accounting, financial and consultancy services offered by B.E. Finance EOOD:

Accounting services:

• Current accounting activities – documents processing, elaboration of primary accounting documents, following accounts with suppliers and clients;
• Current reporting of the activity of the company before monitoring bodies and institutions;
• Annual accounting closure and reporting;
• Periodical reports for the purposes of the management – in format and terms agreed with the management.

Salaries and Human resources management:

• Support in preparation of labor agreements of the employees and civil contracts with external persons;
• Maintenance of personal dossiers of the employees;
• Elaboration of payroll sheets after receiving the work reports and other documents;
• Elaboration of documents for payments of salaries, social insurances and taxes;
• Elaboration of declarations for the tax administration and/or other institutions regarding paid salaries and insurances.

Tax consultations

Other non-accounting services regarding the company activity:

• Representation in front of tax administration;
• Elaboration and submission of Instrastat declarations;
• Representation in front of Labour Inspectorate bodies. Mediation for signing of contracts for healthy and safe work conditions;
• Support regarding the publication of annual balance sheets in the Commercial register.

Budgeting and planning:

• Consultations for elaboration of monthly and annual budget of the company;
• Consultations about questing sources of funding;
• Elaboration of a business plan, preparing application documents for bank credits and for EU operative programs financing;
• Elaboration of reports to financing organizations on a current project phase or when closing the project.
