On July 10, Eng. Plamen Dilkov and Mrs. Elena Dilkova took part in the Business Breakfast with the Minister of Labour and Social Policy Borislav Gutsanov, organized by Confindustria Bulgaria and the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria at the Rosslyn Central Park Hotel in Sofia.

The event was attended by institutional and business representatives, including H.E. the Ambassador of Italy to Bulgaria Marcello Apicella. Minister Gutsanov outlined the government’s policies to address the labour shortage in Bulgaria, focusing on vocational training, the inclusion of foreign workers, and incentives to encourage the return of the Bulgarian diaspora.
