On Tuesday, 17 February 2026, Eng. Plamen Dilkov, CEO of BG Engineering and Vice President of Confindustria Bulgaria, together with Mrs. Elena Dilkov, attended the presentation of the book “The Criminogenic State” by Prof. Giulio Tremonti at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.

The event, organized by Confindustria Bulgaria in cooperation with the Cultural Center of the University, brought together institutional representatives, member companies and students to discuss the role of institutions and businesses in economic and social development.

During the meeting, Prof. Tremonti presented the main themes of the book and offered reflections on the evolution of contemporary European society, while the Bulgarian translator Yordan Vassilev shared his perspective on the work.
