Eng. Plamen Dilkov and Mrs. Elena Dilkova, member of the Supervisory Board of the Cedar Foundation, took part in the Charity Ball celebrating the organization’s 20th anniversary.

The event raised a record-breaking 300,000 BGN in support of children and young adults with disabilities, as well as their families, in the Foundation’s family-type centers in Kyustendil and Kazanlak.

For two decades, the Cedar Foundation has been working with care, empathy, and innovation to help young people in vulnerable situations live with dignity and purpose.

During the evening, donors, volunteers, and partners came together to celebrate 20 years of meaningful change, reaffirming their shared commitment to building a fairer and more inclusive future.
