Eng. Plamen Dilkov took part in the round table “Bulgaria’s Energy Transformation – Accelerating toward 2030”, held on 26 November 2025 at the Grand Hotel Millennium in Sofia.
The event, organized by the Association for the Production, Storage and Trading of Electricity (APSTE) and the Center for the Study of Democracy, brought together representatives of institutions, the energy sector and businesses to discuss investments, regulation and technologies supporting a competitive and sustainable energy transition.
The discussion focused on key topics such as the integration of renewable energy sources, the development of smart grids, energy storage systems, PPA models and the role of long-term policies in the transformation of the energy system in Bulgaria and South-East Europe.
